Any personal experiences to compare ?

No comparison.
I do use a G85. The Pentax is an SLR.
I understand that Pentax K70 is DSLR and I have both cameras and it seems to me G95 is more sophisticated although both have outstanding pics quality (in my humble opinion)

Did not realize you already had both cameras in use. Not sure on that basis what you want to know.
For my purposes all modern cameras have great image quality so the important differences are in usability. I happen to strongly favor EVF cameras over SLRs on that issue alone.
IIRC Pentax SLRs have IBIS. For me that would set them above other SLRs for usability. But I’ve never had a digital Pentax.
Other than more MP I don’t know what else separates the G95 from the G85. The G85 is a great example of a quality basic digital camera. If the G95 is that plus more, then it’s almost a G9 in a smaller package which would be a Good Thing !
Pentax K70 has pentaprism VF - you get what you see...
Lumix G95 has EVF of a very good quality.
Both are weather sealed. Both can take RAW pics and I think both have IBIS.
I guess I need to use Lumix longer to understand intricate details. Vlogging is available on lumix but I am into still photos for now.

I've used the 2019 Lumix G95 briefly. It is a VERY good all-around performer in its class. It is a better, and three-years newer design, than the 2016 K70. If you closely examine the test scenes on DPReview.com, you see the differences.
If you record any video at all, skip the Pentax. The Panny has wonderful video features, by comparison.
The Lumix also has five stop "Dual I.S." image stabilization that uses in-body and in-lens stabilization in tandem.
A proverbial pot-load of lenses are available for the G95, because it uses the shared Micro 4/3 lens mount. OM Systems (formerly Olympus), Panasonic, Black Magic, and others use the same mount.
