For those interested, they are, or soon will be, operating a just, after years of work, refurbished steam loco out of Cumberland, Md. I believe largest east of Miss. river. Runs from Cumberland upto Frostburg at least for Xmas season, then probably in Spring and fall, not my thing, so not sure on all details.
