Add a bit of salt and pepper and sweet relish with some juice from the relish.

Hehe, that's how my mom made them. I love deviled eggs. But, I got bored with that. So, been playing around with them.

Try some honey mustard or spicy mustard. A little Wasabi or horseradish is good too. Instead of the traditional paprika try other seasonings on top. Mrs. Dash makes a southwest chipotle seasoning that is great. Of course, some bacon pieces on top never hurt. Google it. Ton of ideas out there.

Grrr, now I want some deviled eggs.....

Umm......EVERY deviled egg recipe starts with mayo and mustard. What the heck do you put in yours?

I use mayo and curry, either curry paste or the powder, and usually chopped parsley.

Interesting. May try it but, have never developed a taste for curry. Don't hate it, just could live without it.
