I have to wait for the next time it asks me so I can write down the problem identities (dumb, I haven't done it yet).
Actually, you do not need that information. Just let the person you chat/speak to of the issue and ask for a reset.
I've chatted with Adobe. They did what you suggested, then asked several follow-up questions and are sending an email so I can let them know if it recurs. Thanks for the good advice. And I'm impressed by Adobe support.
