More: It's a Nightshade/potato/tomato family member (Solanaceae). All parts are hallucinogenic, from seed to root tip. The problem is that efficacy varies even in same parts - very dangerous to consume, but the flowers are beautiful!

In some locals it used to be also called Loco Weed.Yes the flowers are very beautiful, I'M still trying to get shots of them by moonlight, maybe next summer

Yes, sometimes 'Locoweed', but that's usually applied to Astragalus, a Vetch, Pea family, because when cows eat it, they go bonkers. The joys of common names.

Excellent and dramatic shots, Frank. I had one of these plants a couple of years ago but it got too big and unruly.
