It was about 2 hours 45 minutes. I found it a bit too long and too noisy but would give it 6/10. The credits at the end go on forever and ever, if they had a reunion party at some time, I think they'd have to hire a football stadium!!!

So it takes more than a village to make a Bond film.

I'm going to sign off and get something to eat. Mum has another list for me today, after all, I'm on vacation.
Everyone have a good day.
Stay safe.

I’m just in from being at Wendy’s. We had two weeks to catch up on. When I went in she was having roast 🥩 and Yorkshire puddings from Iceland and it looked delicious. I’m promising myself some of that. The nearest shop is only 15 miles away so it’s looking promising.

It’s been chilly today , 13C and autumnal but could be worse, if it was a 🥶 winters day. The nights are drawing in!,,

Tomorrow I’m going to try and get to Asda and if there’s a gap in the queue then I’ll get some petrol. I’m fine if I don’t. The noise came on my car again, then disappeared. OBTW….I’ve had a phone call ☎️ from social security, asking me if they can come and assess me to see how I’m managing, it’s only 4mths since I needed them! I said I was managing fine but if they wanted to then they can. So she’s coming a week come Saturday morning. God I’ll have to get out of bed…that’s the day the family’s going on the cruise, COVID depending.

So we shall see what the social worker thinks of for me. Should be 🤔 interesting.

Love yawl, stay safe and be careful out there. 💋

It’s not so much for privacy, but for sun shade, but we’re having this installed today. We won’t use it much during the winter, but couldn’t beat the end of year pricing. We face the East and love watching the sunrise from our front porch, but by 9:00 a.m., the sun is right in our sight line. With this , we can be out there anytime.

Looks good. My bedroom faces east too. But don’t get much ☀️

We have a horizontal awning that cranks out. It covers the entire back door and allows us to keep the door open and keep the light out too.

That's also an option for us to consider for our patio. Most of the blinds we have now in this house are pretty old and they are the cellular honeycomb kind - they trap bugs inside pretty easily. Also, the cords are so old and worn, they keep breaking so we can't open many of them right now. Also I don't want to have either of those things happening any longer so all blinds here are going to be replaced with vertical blinds. And, yes, as you say -- they don't make them like they used to. xxxooo

Any possibility that you will find out the time before Friday.

Well she hasn't phoned today and it's now after 5. If she's written then we might still be here tomorrow when the postman comes, if not I'll just turn up. xx

Apparently she's also secretary to two other consultants and as mine is retiring at the end of this month I'm wondering if she is concentrating on them. I shall certainly mention it to mine as she has never been at her desk any time I've phoned. xx

That's what I want for our back patio.

I managed to get my ceiling fans dusted yesterday. One task out of the way. xxxooo

I got most of my ceiling lights/fans dusted and washed this a.m. The two over the beds will wait for my honeydoer. Do not want to have excess dust fall off micro duster and land on the bed. Then again I was amazed that the fans were not dustier. Since we got an air purifier it really amazingly cuts down on the dust throughout the house.

Well that was the fastest space flight ever. 10 minutes. I don't think he got his money's worth.

It was being reported it would be an eleven minute flight. I thought it was kinda of neat that he was able to experience this after being the star of the television show. No matter his age I think he truly enjoyed the hoopla...
