Some type of Assassin Bug?

I think. I'm sure someone here will know exactly what it is.

I also had a really small spider that I captured in a pill bottle but she disappeared when I went to photograph her. Oh well I would have had a hard time anyway as it was only about 1/8 inch, or maybe even smaller.

It's a leaf-footed bug.

Thank you kpmac. I'm better with marine invertebrates in my region than I am with the terrestrials

Nice find and well taken. Kpmac is spot-on with it being a leaf-footed bug which is a member of the "true bug" family with a sucking proboscis.

Right on, but Assassins are also 'True Bugs'. But your 3rd photo shows a defining character perfectly: the numerous ~parallel veins in the membranous part of the wings. Assassins have only a few veins and they loop into cells. The hind leg 'leaf' adornment you also show well is often not present in many other species of 'Leaf-footed' Bugs. Assassins often have enlarged and spiny front legs, but like the 'leaf', not all the species show this character.

Thanks relbugman. That's the reason I shot 3 different angles. I know different insects and spiders have distinguishing characteristics and if I don't know what the may be I try my best to give the more expert viewers the view that would be most helpful in identifying.
