Another side tidbit, the dogs really like the cold! They appeared to mostly sleep on TOP of their dog houses when the temps are above -15 F, rather than inside.

I have a horse and going on trail rides - sometimes behind another horse! I've attached a photo of my train ride in Alaska during the summer...could use some work but didn't have time then or now... I was towards the back of the train - in-between the cars. The railing, keeping me in, was no wider than 1/2"!
