Your reaction is curious. I provided the link for people who wanted to use it as a base point for what Admin does allow. My quotes around the word adult were referencing Graham's own description ("adult humor") in his rant about Admin.

I personally think that particular joke is simply silly, certainly nothing to wound anyone's sensibilities.

But thank you for caring

I misunderstood and apologized for my confusion and remark, a lovely day to you

thus the problem for me, apparently we are suppose to just live with no explanation and move on with the "nothing to see here" paradigm, ............and how is that helpful, how do we learn from that
I've just learned that Graham is checking his UHH private messages. For those who want to communicate with him, click the "send private message" button on this page: https://www.uglyhedgehog.com/user-profile?usernum=25577

You are right that there aren't any specific rules about "adult humor" other than no nudity except in the Nekked Ladies forum, and no politics except in the Attic (cesspool). And obviously, what one person finds funny another may find insulting. But how else would you have Admin run the section or the site? It's not like he's going to show us the deleted cartoon and explain his actions. He keeps the whole place running pretty smoothly for the price we pay.

p.s. Thank you for your apology. I wasn't offended, just surprised - even though, after so many years of experience on UHH, there really shouldn't be any more surprises

We are guests on Admin's photography forum. Why shouldn't he/she be allowed to set some boundaries on what is acceptable content?

The problem here is the "Karens of Cancel Culture" that have taken over. Suggested reading ... Actor Steven Frye was asked about the word "offended". His answer is wonderful to read.

The definition of cancel culture:

- a modern form of ostracism in which someone is thrust out of social or professional circles – whether it be online, on social media, or in person

How does this term apply to Graham, who willingly stopped participating on this free-to-use website? Are you saying the owner of this free-to-use site has no right to set the standards of conduct here? How do you feel about those signs in stores, "No shirt, no shoes, no service"

It applies to Mr Graham for this reason. He was ostracised by the admin because of his personal "feelings" about Mr Graham's content. Basically forcing his "puritanical" ideas on us. There were no credible reasons to restrict/delete him. We enjoyed Mr Graham's content and found him to be funny. I would venture to say that the vast majority of "Hoggers" feel that way. Were there any complaints about his content? Maybe some small minded person with a Napoleon complex whined but generally? Nope.
As to your Straw Man argument ... "No shirt, no shoes, no service" ... I always wear clothing when I go to someone's business ... it is only proper. That would not play well in a beach side business. Know the venue.

I have to admit, I'm now quite curious about the content of the jokes/cartoons that Admin deleted.

But again, "no credible reason" is your opinion - not fact. And along with my opinion, and 50 or 100 other opinions, they carry no weight in a website that we are using for free. We have no rights here. We can choose to participate or not; Graham made his choice.

My final point, and then I'm on to other matters: "Ostracized" isn't even close to the reality. Graham created 1,883 topics that are still viewable, in a little over 8 years here. You could start at the beginning of his history and stay busy for a long, long while

Graham is missed. I was wondering where he was. He was so funny. He left here before since someone put his jokes in the attic where the nuts are. Joking. They never were that bad. He didn't come back for sometime. I was thrilled when I saw his post. Now I doubt he will come back.

I was thinking the same thing. Maybe a friendly hog of his in the UK will ask him to reconsider.

I hope so. Graham is a special man. Not only funny but very wise.
