That's a beautiful shot Don. You did a great job with it. I love this kind of live music photography. I try to photograph many live performances myself. As you mentioned...this is also a very common sight here in Nashville as well. Almost on every street corner. There's a lot going on here in this photo. He's playing a "Alvarez" brand 12 string guitar. Had one similar to it that I played when I was a kid. He has a "capo" on the 1st fret and a roach clip, clipped to his front shirt pocket. He also appears to have a little round mirror clipped to the top of his guitar. He's playing an "E" chord and really bellowing out which gives this shot lots of interest. I can almost hear him.

WOW James, you really drove into this image. I did missed the "roach clip". Do not play a musical instrument myself so can't comment on his guitar. An earlier poster, Thomas, did notice that it was a 12 string. I am really glad that you could connect to this image as you have similar scenes in Nashville.
