You have a high contrast situation - the sky vs. the cars in the foreground. You spot metered on the cars, as a result of which the sky was overexposed. Matrix metering would have given a more balanced exposure. If you shot RAW, you may be able to recover some of the details in the sky.

In addition, you used a very high shutter speed - 1/3200 - for nonmoving objects, and as a result had to use a very high ISO of 12,800.

In these two posts, you have the answer. The D 7200 is a very talented but complicated beast...Intuitive, my left Foot!
Apropos to the season...Back to BASICS, and Execute! Buy or check out a Dummies manual for the D7200, and read it. I've worn out one, and had my second spiral bound so it will stay open to the page better.

Translated: Do a Two Button Reset, which will return your camera to its default settings...a very good place to start. Take a few pixes, and see if you don't like the results better.

Then, and only then start to modify the camera settings. Matrix (default for a very goood reason) or center weighted metering for 97.639% of your photography. AFS or AFC release mode. AUTO ISO OFF. Choose a good, do all ISO...100, 200, 400. Get fancy with other ISOs or AUTO ISO later.

Center focusing point, smallest number of surrounding focusing points you can get away with, so your camera doesn't get confused about what you want it to focus on.

Shutter speed, as mentioned...at or above the maximum focal length of the lens you choose...and don't forget to add 50% for the dreaded APS-C "crop factor" in that. you know...1/50 sec. for 50 mm, 1/250 sec. for 200 mm, etc, etc.
Just remember, there is no special virtue in shooting "only" MANUAL, WIDE OPEN or RAW. Fact is, they can throw a considerable amount of mud in the creek at times.

GOOD Luck!
