A few more from the Colorado Railroad Museum. This was a rolling post office. The hook on the side of the car let them snatch mailbags at stations without stopping. Inside, everything needed to sort the mail. The chain link a modern addition to secure the area from museum visitors, the masks on the manikins someone's sick joke.

Thanks very much, more to follow, including a ride on the Georgetown Loop Railroad. Some airport observation areas have reportedly cut lens holes, the museum might be willing to do it too.

Nice series you have captured, these cars represent the era when the railroads were really the heartbeat of America.
