Never worked in the OR and was depended upon to help surgeons determine the proper settings for sophisticated medical devices. Couldn't tell the difference between a tricuspid or bicuspid heart valve. Or a whip or a reins. Or name the 12 cranial nerves. Didn't even know what a cranial nerve is. I rarely use name distortions, Manchin ... Munchkin, but Munchkins were the small people in Wizard of Oz and ManChin does live up to the name Man..Chin; he is acting small like a Munchkin to appear big. If one v**es yes, then it can be held against them in the future but if abstaining or v****g no then in 5 years it is a shrug of the shoulders. The Afghanistan war resolution is an example the v**e 20 years ago is held as a weapon because of yes v**es.
