It was just announced on the TV that over 57K people have long term covid and will be dealing with the after effects, for years or the rest of their lives. That should be enough to convince people NOT to risk catching the virus in the first place.
Those who have not been vaccinated yet, or have not contracted the virus yet; will not believe anything that they are told, or that they can read, about the severity of this virus, or the continuing after effects of Covid; until they actually get the disease themselves! They have believed anything they have read, or been told; that is the absolute opposite of what this virus can actually cause; but they will almost NEVER believe the truth of it all! xoxoxo

Hello everyone, I am finally all caught up, so now I will sign off, and possibly watch some tv, Netflix or just play a game, until I feel like going back to bed. Hope you all have a wonderful day, with not too much work to be done! xoxoxo

Oh deary me…today hasn’t been the best I’ve had, but nothing serious. I had toothache in the night, and it’s not long until it drops out. I took some paracetamols and it went. At 9am..NOT 10am as usual I got up. I thought I’d see to next door then go shop at Asda. I took my pills but then a tiredness came on me. I didn’t close my eyes co I’d be asleep. Asked if Karen wanted nothing at Asda but she didn’t. I felt so tired, I decided to put Asda off I just didn’t feel right.
A little later I fell asleep on the chair and had half an hour. Then the delivery lady came with my prescription which was very good as I only ordered them yesterday on getting on up from my chair (are you bored enough yet 💤) I lost my balance and fell on the television and radiator . I think the lady thought I was drunk. Balance isn’t my best asset. Went to make another drink and came home. Went to and took a COVID test and everything is fine. When I went for my evening tablets, I realised, I’d had the night Time ones this morning no wonder I was tired…..so I’ve come to my bed to jigsaw and talk with you all.
So….tomorrow,I go shopping, I’m down to about 5 tins of Starbucks. Can’t have that….stay safe love yawl. Xx

Hello to you in Aguila. I'm assuming that the Jeep is back in working condition now.
I hope you are staying properly air conditioned.
The Jeep works but there's still one part that needs to be taken out and it's giving Mr Ric fits. After watching a You Tube video on how to get it out, he's back out there to try again. Once we get that out hopefully we'll be able to get the rest of the nasty smells out of there. He's got the driver's seat in so we can at least drive it. xxxooo

Thank you. I hope so. This one involves a lot of cutting of yarn so if I ever frogged it, I'd have a bunch of short pieces.
Well that would be a bummer! xxxooo
Good morning from an 85F and full sun Aguila area. Got some vacuuming done this morning and am going to run a couple of errands today. I hope you all are having a great day/afternoon/evening. xxxooo
It is still 9/16 here. I do not have to pay a fine as I checked in. Busy day doing nothing. Lovely weather, just beautiful outside so that I spent the day enjoying myself.

Good for you, jinx! xxxooo
Good morning all from a foggy Norfolk. Not sure what was happening in our little village last night but mid evening two police cars with flashing blue lights but no sirens sped up to opposite us and immediately cut all their lights then a helicopter flew over but no way of finding out what was happening. Nothing planned for today although I expect DH will go shopping, so will carry on knitting. Have a good one. xx
Good morning from sunny Surrey. Finished a set of patchwork placemats yesterday.
Off for a walk this morning.
Happy Fish Friday everyone and stay safe xxx
