I am using PSE 2018 and am trying to remove the blue in the left wing. If someone could show me how, I would be very thankful. REJ.

I can't answer your question. My other comment: Why, that is a great capture and iridescents to be expected in insect wings

If you have an HSL tool or its equivalent you can use it to target blue. #1 shows blue desaturated and #2 shows blue desaturated and brightened.

HSL tools usually do global adjustments and when that's the case you have to watch what else they're affecting, but in your image the wing and the abdomen are the only blue in the whole image.

If you don't have an HSL tool you can select that area and desaturate it. Even if you don't manage to select just the blue parts it looks like there aren't any other colours in that area to worry about.

Why? The wings do reflect many colors naturally.
