Has Anyone used the Luggage Skins / protectors ? With either A pelican 1510 case or Apache 5800 case ? Thinking not so much for protecting the Cases finish ! But more like A camouflage thing ? So it Comes across as more of A Luggage Thing instead of Screaming ( cameras , firearms , collectables ) ect... Inside ? Have the Apache 5800 already pelican is on the way !!! So if anyone has done this what size or brand did you order ? For the right fit ! Also i was thinking could basically do a similar thing with A Cheap t-shirt Shirt of the Right Size ? And it's sew the sleeves down or remove them and sew it up ? Well the wife would Do the Actual Sewing !!! Thanks everyone and Good morning !!!!

When I'm on the road shooting and caring multiple cameras and lens all expensive I keep a totally beat up styrofoam cooler in the car or van in full view with extra equipment inside. Have never been broken into. I have had new shinny tools of all shapes and sizes stolen off of work sites, but never a well used looking tool. Just saying sometimes the best camouflage is old and worn look...........

Yeah I've Heard of People Doing That kind of Thing ? Like Putting the Smaller Csnera Bags or Cases inside a Gym Bag / Duffle Bag or Grip type Bag as camouflage !!! Obviously if your Packing a Really Big Case ? That might not be An Option ? But otherwise One Could Get a. SECOND hand Grip Bsg from a Goodwill store or a Thrift Shop and If it has Stains on it or paint Splatters that's just extra camouflaging you don't need too do ? It Gives the Impression that its Old beat up and not Carrying anything Worth Stealing inside !!!! Too each their own Taste but I'd look for Something a little More on the Discreet Side as opposed to Something with A Famous Logo of Athletic Shoe And Sports Clothes Mfrs !!! You want to Not attract Attention or Interest !!! Indeed even Old Backpacks that would Fit your case or Camera bag either Surplus or Second Hand might be More Discreet !!! But preferably something That Doesn't Scream camera Backpack either? The Styrofoam Cooler Is Good as Well and I may borrow That one !!! Thanks for the Suggestions And Good Evening everyone @@!

I use a real thick styrofoam cooler as it keeps the equipment from baking. It also keeps the lens from fogging as I travel from point a to point b with the AC on in the van or car, I live in Florida and vehicle temps are extreme. Equipment just stays at an average temp.

No need to spend a lot of money on this! Applying several big, colorful cartoon character stickers to luggage will help to not give the impression that expensive professional equipment is contained within.
