I really like this guy - his YouTube videos are typically more advanced and have helped me fine tune some techniques. Although it's for Affinity Photo, it's easily translated to Photoshop (I formerly used CS6) and other pp apps.

Although Topaz B&W Effects 2 is my favorite editor for monochrome conversions I have used also Affinity Photo but your link has been most useful because I ignored how many adjustments could be done to the image.
