I really like your little studio! The composition of the last picture is my favorite. But I think I would use a knife instead of a fork with maybe some cupcake crumbs on the knife.

Neat mini studio setup, both fine shots. I prefer the first cupcake shot for the warmer color balance and the apparent bite taken - that is excellent pure whimsy. I agree with JustJill, a knife would be perfect instead of the fork. I could see a nice small Sabatier or something antique. Really nice work so far with even better on the way!
