I have tried to the best of my limited ability to make this into at least a larger poor image. It has a little sentimental value, Im going into the ring at the last horse show I ever competed in, the rest of the photos were corrupted.

Any ideas would be appreciated. I have a few PS skills...but nothing that would work here. Thanks for any and all help.

Am having trouble with adding the original download...store original...Add...Update???

Click on "Store Original" then load the pic.
It is really hard to deal with the 110KB file I was able to download.
I would like to help . .

It's too small to store the file based on the way the site works. Consider this idea to 'force' the file to store:

Create a copy of the file.
Rename the copy version to file extension = TXT
Attach and store the renamed TXT file.

People can then detach and download that mis-named file and rename locally and try to increase the pixel resolution.

With the 110KB file, you provided, I was not able to do any more than the 10.1 MB file attached.
The file is too blurry and small to do much with.
Please see if you can use CHNG_CANON's advice and give us something to work with.

Why would you need an "online conversion tool"?

Instead, you should open your operating system browser, copy the file like you'd copy any file. Then, right-click the copy version of the file and pick the rename option.

If the original is only 110KB, storing it won't make it any bigger. The site isn't storing in the usual way (i.e. providing a Download option) because it hasn't done anything to what you uploaded. In other words you can download the original by downloading the thumbnail as shown.

If the original looks like what you have posted then there is nothing that can improve the picture.

If you enlarge your original pic you will see that your head had the same thing (shadow) draped across the left side of your face.
I can't make out what is tangent to the right side (the away side) of your face.
Now you have about a 10MB JPG file to work with.
Now if you just had the original pic or file . . . .

Do you still have the corrupted files? They might be recoverable
