Took tis a couple of years ago at Cado Lake in Texas. Lots of cedar trees keeping it shaded most of the time at the lake level. Took this while cruising on a pontoon boat with a group of friends.

This is so lovely, I'm not sure I'd want to do anything to it! I'll be traveling and away from my computer, so I'll miss this one.
Just a little tweaking of a beautiful shot.
Make a few changes using elements 2021, PS CS5, and On1 adjustments and presets.
Nice scene. Thanks for sharing.

Misty Morning. Never thought about that.👍
Thank you for your image Jim, I found it very engaging. While studying it, I came upon a reflection I liked very much which suggested a painterly option to me. I'm sharing a cropped version even though I also liked your composition as you presented it. Bev
Here is my take. A little earlier in the day.
Not very many people posted for this challenge. I hope it wasn't because of my image.
You posted the same image a couple of years ago. Seems to be a habit of yours.

It was from Cado Lake but another area. A lot of Cado Lake is similar. I can't get out as much for landscape shots. I have to take care of my wife, she has Parkinson's and loosing her balance more and more. If she falls she can't get up. Last week she fell 4 times. She has dislocated her shoulders 3 times and going to rehab 2-3 times a week.

It's a fine image with lots of possibilities. Unfortunately the best options centre around sky swaps and I don't have the software to do that. Plus I'm busy with my own images this week (just back from a trip).
