I wouldn't care about an f/1.2 lens. It's not a full stop like 1.0, 1.4, 2.0 etc.. it's an in between stop.

Yes, I read the review. The man's entitled to his opinion, yet I don't have to put any faith in it. Apparently Mr. Polin doesn't care for the Nikon AF system. I'll bet he has no idea how to use it properly; perhaps he should buy one of Steve Perry's e-books. Not a reviewer I follow but he's a good read if you're a Sony FanBoy! Thanks for continuing your Nikon bashing. Be it known I won't be changing systems anytime soon.

Not a fan of Jared Polin, but I don't like the auto focus system on the Z cameras either (I have the Z6 II and Z7 II) and my D850 and D500 focus faster and in low contrast can still find focus while the Z cameras bomb out. The truth is all mirror-less cameras suffer from not being able to hold focus in low contrast with Nikon being the worst.

Thx for the honesty.
I have seen this issue in many reviews of the Z cameras.
Hopefully the Z9 resolves the focusing issue.
I do enjoy Jared, at first I thought he was kind of an idiot but he seems to call it as he sees it. He has bashed Canon and Sony when appropriate as well. So he does not pick on just Nikon at all.
And as far as real world he goes out with the cameras to various places and events to use them, not in a fixed environment at all.
