Adobe Creative Cloud Issue

Several days ago, out of the blue I had to re-log in to PS and Bridge in order to use it. Then when that failed to work I would reboot the computer and I'd be OK for a while. That was on Windows 10. Today logging on opens PS or Bridge for a few seconds and then it shuts down.

1 chat and 2 calls later where Adobe remotely took over my computer and told me it was all fixed it is not!
I tried them again today but they don't take calls on the weekend and the chat tech didn't want to touch it and put me on a call back list for Monday.

After my last contact with Adobe today I tried using my Mac laptop and the same thing is happening. So now I am convinced that my account is somehow corrupt.

Has anyone else had this experience?

It is a good chance it is one of the security apps or sub apps on your machine. It keeps signing you out or shutting down Adobe because it IDs it as a threat of some kind.
I have been through it in cycles. Having to sign into e-mail, Adobe and others every time I went there multiple times a day and sometimes right in the middle of a session. Then for a while it cleared up a bit but is now getting worse again.
One tech I know gave me three possible reasons:
1. everyone is adding applets to their programs so you end up with multiple security apps working at cross purposes
2. the heavy hacking, ransomware etc that causes the security code writers to add more things to the "black list" for the security apps to go after
3. settings are off and not in sync with the latest updates of other programs and esp your OS.

Just this past week, each time I boot up my computer (also windows 10) a message says that my Creative cloud has stopped working. Then there is a check box asking to "repair". I click it and the repair is allegedly made. Next time I boot up, I get the same message. Looks like all is working but have no idea what it's about!
Sounds like an Adobe issue?

I get that message too. Don't click repair and it runs fine

I used mine earlier today without any issues. You might try resetting your internet modems and routers. If it's a laptop, maybe, go to a friend's house or a restaurant and see if you have the same issues. If not, then, it's probably your internet or an internet setting on your computer. Another troubleshooting idea would be to use a friend's computer to log into your account. It that works, then, it's your internet or computer.

That’s an interesting idea. At the moment it is working again. If it happens again I’ll try that.

Today I clicked repair. Reloaded the Cloud but still says there is an error. Still works fine. Wonder what gives??
