You could process the noise better for 2021 standards. If nothing else, consider a 16:9 landscape crop of the bottom of the image, or 16:10. The upper portion of the empty sky doesn't add much to the details and pretty colors of the boat section. Level the horizon too.

I understand the open sky part but the horizon seems strait as that's a break wall. Will rework. Thanks for your assessment

All the lamps are leaning left and the water / horizon is rising to the right. Use the water line as the guide.

I think your new version is an improvement over the first example but find the shot a bit busy. Im not sure what to look at. The partial ship leaves too many questions.

That was all I wanted in the photo as I was in the process of learning photography, but thanks for the notation.

If you look at the clouds in detail, all those red and blue color flecks are Chromatic (color) Noise. You can smooth this out using the ideas here, the same tools are available on PSE:
Basics of noise processing
The white flecks in the boat and trees are noise too, but you can fix this by moving the black slider to the left making the blacks blacker.
For the busy comment, address that by cloning away the flag poles in front of the ship and the short white flag poles, leaving just the tall black one.

The straightened image is much better. There is a bit of noise, as others have mentioned. I find the silhouetting of the foreground objects interesting. If there were more detail in them, they would be a distraction from the beautiful sky. I do find it a bit busy in the foreground, but that's probably my own bias.

From a composition point of view I agree with CamB. You need a clearly defined focus of interest (usually a specific subject or subjects but could also be an area of interest). The sky is impressive but the intrusive foreground relegates it to the background. The ship and the trees are only partly in frame and the rest of the foreground is nondescript.
