Some expensive Wild Salmon from a good vendor with a Teriyaki Pepper glaze on the grill, par boiled small red potatoes browned in butter. Tomatoes pan fried in butter with sea salt, pepper and a dash of HDP. I'd give it a B, a little fishy for me. My Wife was good with it. Just for looks, needed a green veg, none on hand shopping tomorrow.

~ Fishy, huh? Was it frozen before and thawed for sale? I get stuff like that in AZ (although only to smoke, now!). Here on the Oregon coast, the salmon (and whatever fish, shellfish....) come off the dock and into the local fish market (Chuckies). Never a fishiness to it. It's the only salmon my wife will even have a bite of! (...and I'm OK with that!)
Yeah, I'm a spoiled Brat now.... I very rarely will buy fish in AZ... fish sticks for Tacos once in a while!

Thank you! I won't mention where the fish was bought, a big outfit where I have always gotten good products. It was sold as Fresh. When I opened the pack to shrink wrap extra for freezing, it was a bit fishy smelling. Four hours in marinade didn't kill that for me. Everywhere you can live has strong points and weak points. I do love the ocean, but wouldn't care to live on either coast.
