Private Message. It's on the menu buttons at the top of the page. Make sure you note who you're sending the message to before going to that page. When that user responds, it will show up at the top in yellow.
What I said is true, but I see now that a regular email address was given. Use that if it isn't a problem.

At 74 I am in the same position. Must come to grips and get down to one body and a few lenses. Selling is difficult for me.
