Out for Dinner two nights in a row, can't remember the last time that happened. Busy today, got distracted and the chicken didn't thaw in time. Lebanese Style Shish Tawook was on the menu but needs four hours (minimum) in Marinade. Back to the drawing board. Teriyaki skewers, corn, and a plain tomato Cheddar Crostini, with just salt and pepper. Not for company, but not bad. No, not everything we eat is on skewers!

Sure looks and sounds good to me - grilled meat and plenty of fresh vegetables. You’re living up to your reputation once again as the master of innovation. ‘I know there’s a meal in here someplace and I’m going to find it’. 😀👍

Even the internet has lots of spellings - cross language is hard. There are lots of recipes, lean in on the Garlic and a variety of spices! Greek yogurt and Pita a big help.

Glad you mentioned Greek yogurt being ok since the recipe I was looking at says NOT to use Greek. Will let you know how it turns out and hopefully(if I remember) will include a photo or two for UHH

Trust your gut, keep digging till you find a couple of recipes you like. I often "split the difference" on foreign recipes from cultures I don't know well enough. Usually works.

That looks great. Your food is always present so well. I had to research that recipe. My to try stack recipes is getting longer than my pile of books to read.

Thank you! I have a giant unkempt loose leaf book full or recipes from the internet. I've probably tried and annotated a quarter of them, so don't feel alone in having a big stack of pending recipes!
