Not incensed by free cannabis just think it shows Inslees incredible flawed thinking. Free beer is completely different. Beer is not illegal in federal courts where cannabis is. BTW I have no problem with pot and am in favor of it being legalized completely. I just think offering beer, pot and guns is ridiculous. This for getting a v*****e? The lotteries in some states is a much better idea. You always change any ones words to suit your agenda, which is usually derogatory. Nowhere did I say I was "incensed".
