I'm guessing this is a vintage lens from film days since it has an aperture ring.

I believe it is also a full frame fisheye.

It was made for use on Nikon F-series (film) cameras but can be used on high-end Nikon DSLRs. For auto-exposure, you have to first "tell" the camera what its widest aperture (f2.8) is. Manual focus, of course. Without researching, I'd say that's a good price.
