I did a little research and could not confirm your claim that Biden shut down the pipeline.
It was originally ordered shutdown by a federal judge a year ago under the Trump administration. Since then the case has been under appeal and an environmental review. The oil field itself is an environmental disaster.
The only thing I could find regarding Biden is that he resisted extreme pressure from congress and environmental groups and refused to order a shutdown while the appeal and environmental studies are being conducted.
Can you provide any reliable sources for your claim that Biden shut down this pipeline? Can you also prove that this alone has caused the increase in the price of gas?

That oil didn't originate, nor was it slated to end up in the US. Please explain how it would affect supply or demand, no matter whether it runs or not. I guess it might affect Canada's demand and/or the customer's supply, but that isn't going to affect the price of oil in the US.

The pipeline construction shut down ... never carried any to the refineries.... The price increase is supply and demand-driven. I drive a lot more now that I have had my C***D shots.

If it was shut down when it was working and prices went up you have a point but as it's not finished it can't be blamed. What can be blamed is greedy gas and oil companies trying to rec**p lost revinue from the C***d shutdowns
