The Monthly Master's Critique is going on hold for the foreseeable future. I'm sure you would all want to join me in expressing my thanks and appreciation for the hard work that minniev put into maintaining that series.

However, the series doesn't have to stop completely. If you have a favourite painter or photographer that you would like to bring to our attention, feel free to post a "Master Under The Spotlight" (or some such) thread on him/her. You can use whatever format you like, but if you wanted to stick with the very effective format that minniev started (or something similar), that would be fine.

Sorry to hear, but not completely surprised. I had begun to pay much more attention to Her Monthly Master's Critique, for both the introduction of unknown to me topics and those that I already had a lot of history with. A Big thank you to minniev!

Do you have any favourite masers that you think are worth a closer look? We know you have an interest in Surreal stuff and there are probably a few hidden gems in that genre.
