Yellow Crowned Night Herons

On nest duty.
Visited a Rookery near Ocean City NJ this am. Black Crowned Night Herons, Yellow Crowned Night Herons, Great Egrets, Glossy Ibis, White Ibis, Little Blue Heron, Tricolored Heron ann nesting in the same small Grove of trees.
Those lower on the tree, well gravity does its thing.
Nesting must be hard work. This pair seem to have given up grooming, for now.

Thanks Vic. I think I need to Snatch" a Tamron 150 - 600 . A big prime whold be nice but for the cost
