The first one is located in Jersey City, NJ. I have no idea the name, I was there for my son's college baseball game against Jersey City.
The second & third images are the Verrazano Bridge that connects Assateague Island with the mainland in Maryland, taken from opposite sides.

Ingenuity is fascinating. Engineered ingenuity is inspiring. I may have posted this bridge before so if I have and you remember it please forgive and bear with me. I ran across this bridge years ago when I first cruised the inside passage to Alaska’s Glacier Bay and took a land excursion. When the bridge was first built it was a simple span across the chasm for the road way. It turned out the chasm was right on a fault line and any seismic event caused damage to the approaches on each side of the bridge requiring maintenance to both approaches. So why not cut the cost in half and suspend the bridge from one side of the crossing so when a seismic event occurred the only damage would occur to the side that didn’t support the suspension system.
At least that was the thinking at one time.
