Its my sincere hope you continue "doing it both ways" (As long as that means Color and B&W)

For the title, B&W, for an eye catchy photo, Color. :-)

A great character study of the proprietor. Crop to his elbow for the bottom and photo left edge. Top of white hat stack behind him and the pole showing on right photo for the top and right photo edge. Black and white shows it up.

Are my eyes fooling me? In the color version the man's face looks unusually dark and hard to see. In b&w it looks pretty natural. Maybe a little dark but I'm not having to strain to see it. I like the b&w and I need a new hat.

Thanks, Stephen. Tried your cropping, and it does make a nice character study. Unfortunately, that's a time I should have used the zoom, because there's too much loss in quality to crop that closely.

Your eyes are OK, Guyserman. I have a little more ability to adjust tones in B&W, and sometimes lighten the faces a bit to bring out more detail.
