This was taken in France with a DX40 in 2007.
Five captures, stitched.
The image in bland to say the least.
I just made another version of it.
Your job? Improve it.
There is no other instruction, just do your best.
Oh! The leaf? Leave it where it is. It shows how windy it was.

I used image treatment clarity and photo clarity effect in Smart Photo Editor.

A bit washed out. The image is still bland.
Work with the luminosity - depending on the software you use - layers, selections and masks will be your best friends.

I made adjustments primarily with ACR filter in Photoshop.

I used Snapseed.

Still bland. Orient yourself toward luminosity w/o going HDR.

To give you an idea toward what you should be thriving for... Posted in panorama today.

And no, it is not an ideal solution either, just more 'dramatic'.

Create your own version.

Rongnongno,

Something strange happed in this that I haven't seen before. When I downloaded your image then opened in Photoshop I saw several sliders that have been moved. I think it was something you previously did. When I worked with it it became obvious where you stitched the image.
I went back and started all over again and first set all the sliders to 0. Now it was easier to make my set of edits.
I did a bunch of stuff. Started with ACR and did my normal moves. Down on Highlights, opened shadow, up on whites, - on blacks, texture + and clarity +.
Next I selected the sky and added a curves layer. Increased the Blue channel.
Added a Brightness/Contrast and adjusted for the sky
Now made a mask for the right side tree line and added a curves layer to decrease the brightness.
Made another mask for the tree area on the left and got the color and brightness adjusted using ACR on a merged layer.
Made another merged layer and used ACR filter again to increase detail in the building and lower the blown out truck. Made a black mask and opened just the area I wanted to see for this layer, building and truck.
Did a final Hue/Saturation layer to get my colors saturated the way I thought looked good.

I mentioned that it is a stitched image.
As to the sliders, I have no clue. As far as I know, a JPG does not keep any software setting other than the editor signature.
Straightening the image using the building is good, but I think too much is cropped because of it. Fill aware could fix that? I am not sure.
Check the sample of what I did in the link I posted. The sky was really threatening as a storm was moving in from the North (I was in the Rhone valley driving toward Switzerland when I spotted this scene. The flying leaf was an accidental capture but shows what was coming...).

This is how your image opened, with sliders set as you see it here.

The sky was an unknown for me. Most of the time I see a rainbow its after the rain and the sky is turning blue, you were there so I guessed wrong.🥴

Actually, it was a triple rainbow but only two were captured...

There are many issues here, vertical banding in the cloud I just cannot explain among others...

I kinda blame the D40, but that would be way too easy.

I wouldn't trust pano stitching to get the proportions right. This looks more like what I'd expect a rainbow to look like.

I'll throw my hat into this ring. Nothing earth shuddering. Just basically used the sliders in LR. Boosted the blue in the sky, A bit more contrast, and added some punch to the rainbow
