In southern New England the weather is been nice, found some time to enjoy my flower beds yesterday, culled and processed these four at work today. All shot with an iPhone 11 Pro, processed in Snapseed
Feedback always welcomed

Hi, MrMophoto,
All very well captured.
#2and #4 appear to be the same species at different stages of growth.
What is that species?
Thanks for posting!

Sorry for the late reply. Those are Alliums. An impressive and at times spectacular flower. The plant (bulb) sends up one to three stalks with a single ball shaped cluster at the top of each stalk. They come in different colors (although like most flowers, purple is the most common) and different sizes. I have a few different types, I think that is a Globe Master. They are sun loving and work best as accent plants. Bulbs can be expensive, ($10 each)
Happy to forward the info
