On low power used for fill light will it recycle fast enough to keep up with 12 fps?

You really should call Canon and talk to someone.
I just looked on Canon's web site and could not find any information regarding low
power recycle time. I downloaded the full manual and could not find the information
you are looking for, good luck.
Just thinking, if you just need it for fill why not just use just a light and not a strobe.
