One of the most unusual things I have ever seen.
It isn't a wrecking yard, it is a work of art, in a truly beautiful setting. I felt like I was in a Pixar movie.

Art, like many other things, is in the eye of the beholder. As you said, a beautiful setting. But IMHO the "art" (junk vehicles) would be better placed somewhere else. I am a fan of both so don't jump on me for expressing my personal opinion. I just think the juxtaposition of the two is a mistake.
I like it. I don't think it is art, however.
Now that's an interesting catch. One can read almost anything into it and no two observations will be the same. If we accept that the purpose of art, insofar as it can be said to have a purpose, is to communicate, then I think this is successful. To me it communicates how ugly and pitiful man's discards are when set against living, breathing nature. But that's just my opinion. And my opinion often changes from day to day.
Bottom line, it's thought-provoking, and I think that's a good thing.
Edited to add: Nice Cars reference, that's one of my favorite movies for it's creativity and humor!
Where is this located?

There are several rare vehicles in this collection. Many deserve restoring.
A cool place. Similar but different from Old Car City in GA. Lots of art in both places.

Cool, I've never seen an amphibious VW Bug...just throw it in a lake and it will float.
