Maybe, but I doubt it. Most likely all mirrorless from here on. You could check Nikon Rumors.

And it appears most Nikon lens development is focused on Z lenses. There is a vast field of F mount lenses but it seems unlikely they will see new technology. There does not appear to be a ZTF adapter coming...at least from Nikon.

It will be interesting to see what other lens producers like Sigma and Tamron do.

recently a hogger asked about Nikon products going on sale. B&H sent me an email this morning identifying sale prices on a number of products. B&H Payboo card saves the sales tax. I bit on a D850.

Good Choice! I paid full price for mine two years ago, but have never regretted it. Great camera.

I own both a D750 and D850. Both great cameras. The D850 I have been completely happy with. Great camera for landscape photography. Love it.

I’m sniffing a Z7.

If you'd jump for a D7, you probably want a D7ii. Look carefully at the differences before you decide to buy.

The D850 brand new is currently on sale for $2496. Refurbished item on the Nikon site is $2799. Huh? Go figure!!

The last time the price for a new body was this low was in November 2020 pre-Christmas. I suspect these big discounts for any particular item occur only twice a year.

Using Payboo at BH gives you an additional break on big ticket items by saving you cost of the sales tax. Great deal as long as you remember to pay off your Synchrony Bank balance every month.

BTW the D850 makes one of my Df bodies excess baggage. Anyone interested. USA model and less than 5,000 clicks. Please PM me for details.

I thought I noted that this makes one of my Nikon Df bodies one too many. Any interest, PM me.
