One Apple Blossom and 3 Cherry Blossoms

Five days ago I told my wife the apple, plum and cherry blossoms had not come out yet for this year. Two days later I started to see some buds forming and now these. The plum tree does have some blossoms but nothing I could photograph well.

For a change I used my Leica M10 with a 50mm Summicron lens. Because of that these are heavily cropped.

Please feel free to make any comments that will aid my photography journey.

The cropping didn’t hurt anything.

Thanks NMGal. I thought they came out pretty well too. The Summicron is a pretty sharp lens but I sometimes have focusing problems with rangefinder cameras. Apparently my eyes at 75 just aren't like they were 50 years ago.

it's always a thrill to see the buds begin to show . i like the way you composed the last shot...soon the
blossoms will appear.

Yes it is a thrill to see those little buds at the start of a new growing year. Each of my trees has multiple cracks and holes and I expect to see them die at any minute. Yet it looks like good crops of apples, cherries and plums this year. Thanks for the kind comments.

It certainly is. When got back to my home in Idaho from So. CA and did not see any blossoms I got worried. But I should have known God didn't need me to get things rolling on His schedule. Thanks for taking a look.
