I do not think Sony publishes or has someone else publish users manuals. They do have a downloadable version though. It is not a book however just a PDF file I believe.
I bought "Photographer's Guide to the Sony DSC-RX10 IV" and I like it a whole lot. It is available at most online booksellers both new and used and on EBAY. Prices vary.

I have a book written by Alexander S. White that is a " Photographer's Guide to the Sony DSC-RX10 III. It is in brand new condition. I bought the Sony IV camera before Whites Book was published on it,so I bought this guide to help me with the camera. Shortly the Guide #4 came out, so I never used this book. Let me know if you are interested. Oh, it is a large book with 245 pages.

The plastic spirals are too small in diameter and the pages are coming apart.
