The syringas have bloomed in Santa Fe

But not in this one place I like to take pictures of.
There are a few buds on the trees but not that many. Other parts of Santa Fe they are beautiful.
The second picture is another park of town where the trees have bloomed

However being tired when I first looked at the list of posts I read "The syringes have bloomed in Santa Fe" and thought "They must be having a major hard drug problem there."

Actually, now that I think of it, there is some truth to that as they have passed some laws lately regarding legalized use of the drug.

Yeah, I love it. I can't wait til the cherry blossoms bloom as well.
My brother tells me the syringas blossomed in Boise, Idaho about a week earlier than here. Boise has a lot of them and also the cherry blossoms are just awesome there. Only sad thing is, they only last for around three or four weeks and they are gone.
But they are so nice while they last.
