One day...I'll be able to take photos like that...and maybe, one day when I'm fishing, I'll catch a a mermaid!

Anyone with the right equipment can take photos like that. No special skill is needed. Proper equipment and proper image editing software is all you need.

Yesterday I posted an image of a jumping spider that was taken with my Tamron 150-600mm lens two days ago. Yesterday I went back to that same spot but this time taking also the other camera with the macro setup. Even though I knew the odds didn't favor me I, for some reason, felt a little confident that spider or possibly another spider would be there in that general area and my feeling came true. There it was on the same wheel that raises and lowers a gate regulating water flow.

Looks like he was sitting there all posed waiting for you to come back so you you could take another shot.

And then the day after the second day I went back again and there were five of them on that wheel so this could be a different spider. I'm really not sure but at least the same species.
