After not getting the second round of stimulus checks at all (the $600.00 one) and month's of checking the IRS site for any news of the third round checks, my bank finally received a deposit for $1400.00 this morning. They must have used bank info from my Social Security account to send it, because the first one went into a different account entirely, but at least they figured it out somehow. Now if I could just get them to process my 2019 and 2020 tax returns, I'd have another $4,000.00 coming back and we could sure use the money! Good luck and good shooting to all.

Yeah, me too. I have not received the $600 payment but I did receive the $1,400 after I filed an income tax return even though I didn't have any income! I haven't figured out how to protest or enquire about the $600.

I was told that the only recourse on the $600.00 incentive was to claim it as a tax credit on your 2020 tax return. I have since done that, but also found out that they haven't yet processed my 2019 return and was told that I'd just have to wait until they were able to get to it with no estimate of how long that might take. It's already been a year on the 2019 taxes and they cashed my payment check for $14,000.00 dollars 11 months ago. I just don't get it!
