My Daughter and her family lives in a new home in Santa Clarita, California. The home they bought is on the edge of a protected State park area known as the Santa Monica Mountains Conservancy. No building can occur on that land which lends itself to a wonderful view. Out their back door from the pool area is this view. Very peaceful. Hawks and other wildlife abound. Yep right here in Southern California.

Thanks Carol! There are mountain lions, bobcats, coyotes, rattlesnakes and scorpions, and once in a great while a bear will roam into the area. Quite a few carrion birds fly over including condors from the Los Padres Forest making far reaching hunting trips. They are amazing flying over and I hope to capture one in flight as they look like Cessna airplanes at high altitude. :)
