I need a bracket 2 support it on a tripod?

Which FD model? Some have the tripod collar integrated into the lens design. A collar that can be turned but not removed from the lens. Some of the other 400mm models have a removeable tripod collar. If that's missing for a lens this size and weight / length, move onto another used copy as you'll never find the missing collar sold alone.
It's the Canon FD 400mm F/4.5 SSC, estate sale. Just bought it today?

The black clamp shown below should have been included / attached the lens. You might find a third-party option based on the diameter measurement of the lens. Otherwise, supporting by hand is going to be a challenge. No clamp, hope it was cheap enough it didn't matter if the lens never really gets used.
i'm really excited as the lens looks nice!

Are you going to shoot it on a MILC with an adapter, an EOS body with an adapter or an FD film body? Just curious.
I've decided on canceling the purchase as i have found 1 in Taiwan w/the clamp & cheaper.

We're assuming the lens is with your Sony a7II? Should be a great set-up, especially with the tripod support so your hands are free for focus and shooting.
No, the Canon T-90 will support it. The body is beautiful in appearance which was given me.

Your a7II is a better match, and of course, you can use both, just needing an FD adapter to the Sony.

Yes it does. I sold my Canon FD 200mm f2.8 to a Sony MILC user, and I noticed the CA also while he was testing it, but he seemed quite happy with the lens and not to notice.
Can you find a part # 4 me?

Do you the part # 4 the adapter?

Just google = fd to e adapter
You can get one for $20 or less, see brands Fotasy or FotodioX. The adapters really are just to hold the FD lens to the proper distance from the MILC sensor for infinity focus and provide the 'pin' that allows your to manually set the aperture on the FD lens. They don't have any glass nor electronics.
The ratings here are all positive:

I added an FD 500 f/4.5L over winter to add some focal length to my Sony. Last year with the FD 300 and 1.4x, here's something of the mirrorless digital possibilities:
