Still Working at Becoming a Team

I haven't done any of this sort of thing in a while. I'm still working at becoming a team with camera and lens as the other members.

Each of these blossoms is about 6mm in diameter. Sort of colorful, if nothing else.

Not really! For one thing I know you are deeply knowledgeable about photography, and a large proportion of general photography techniques and principles apply to macrophotography. You could tell us a thing or two.
Anyway, this is a fine picture. What would you do to improve on it?

Thanks, Mark, for the varied compliments. Mostly, I need to work on the initial exposure a bit more.

Interesting post Bob. For me the colors are too intense, the flowers are too jammed together and it makes me feel uncomfortable somehow.

I can understand the sentiment. These blossoms are pretty small (6mm dis). They are also clustered very closely.
