An image I rediscovered from long ago...
Are you sure it does not sting?
Note this is a composite.
I did not take the picture of the woman.
How would you title this?
I recognize her from some long ago tutorial, possibly a 'removing the background' tutorial.
Creative work on your part, RGG.

You are correct but I do not know who created the image
The gaze (angle, etc.) and the proportions bother me. Your picture make both subjects sharply in focus. And the scale of the woman is too small or the flower/bee are HUGE. It's disconcerting and the picture yells 'fake' to me.
The concept is interesting to pursue. Hope you can see what I see.

Creepy! I would title it:
“Am I Next?”
Would you share how you did this? It’s cool.
It is a simple composite using two images.
One, the flower and bee is mine (if I recall correctly), the other was on the internet, part of some tutorial.
There are two layers:
Background is the flower/bee
Second is the woman.
The second had a background that needed to be removed in order to get a 'cut-out'. I did not need to do much more other than resize down and move the image in place.
The single difficulty here is the selection. You cannot really see it, but the hair was poorly selected.
How about "Speculative Disinformation"?

I would not have thought of that as a title, but strangely it works.
