Taken on the Princeton University Campus. Ektar 125 color print film and a Hasselblad.
I'm really glad the lights were on in the room behind those windows.

Beautiful in download.
You are right. This one really does need to be seen as big as possible.

Thank you. I really like how this came out. It was early morning about a half hour after sunrise. I drove there in the dark so that I would have good light when I was shooting. Guess the early bird does get the worm.

Excellent. I love walkways like this - stone, arched supports and a ancient feel. Your composition and processing are very suited for the subject!
Let’s see... he knew about the arched walkway well enough to know to get there early...hmmm... makes me think we’ve a Tiger amongst us?

Not to brag, but I went to Princeton in the early 70’s. I attended preseason NY Giant’s game there when their stadium wasn’t available,😁There are many beautiful building on their campus. You captured this one very nicely. You were rewarded for getting up and out before sunrise.
Great shot, Erich--enjoyed!
Yep, those windows make an excellent point of focus.
I think this photo can be seen in two versions. The one you got up early for as we see it and another one more with a mysterious feel to it. If you take the shadows darker but still let the light in the arch ways you can get a longer deeper look with the window at the end wondering what is beyond. One might think of it as having a mysterious leading line effect.
Just a thought.🤔

You did a great job taking this photo. I am also an admirer of walkways like this. The lights at the end did contribute greatly to the impact of the photograph. Well done.
