I purchased it used.

There is / was no offered warranty.

Made in Japan... (Like most and/or older dated -- many Nikon products).

No box included, never received one.

Both lens caps (front and rear) are included.

I purchased a Lens hood for it separately....

Looking at the pics it does have a US serial number, but probably out of warranty which would not be transferable anyway. But, with the US serial number, at least Nikon would repair it if necessary, but you'd have to pay of course.
