I'm about to get some medium sized prints together in a bit of a portfolio, and I'm considering putting them in a book by Itoya:

https://itoya.com/products/presentation-book-portfolios/the-original-art-profolio/

I'm interested in any suggestions regarding the long-term viability of this form of print storage.

What do you consider long term?
I have had some photos in the iota over 20 yrs and they are still okay.

It is one of the better products on the market for long term storage. Look for acid-free paper, chemically inert, polypropylene, and similar characteristics.

Avoid the cheap consumer "magnetic page" albums you find at big box stores. Avoid "presentation pages" made of PVC, which RUINS slides and prints.

20 years is probably about all I have left, so that would be A-OK. Thanks for the feedback.

Thanks for the feedback. No worries on me cheaping out; my plan is to go with this one unless I get feedback that argues it's not a good choice.

Thanks; I'd forgotten about them. Then I used your kindly provided link, and found that they sell the Itoya portfolio I was asking about, so that's another vote in favor of Itoya. Thanks again.
